- A completed Application for Tenancy
- Signed Broker Duties
- Initialed Mediation Information
- Completed Verification of Tenancy/Residence Form
- Completed Authorization for Release of Credit Information
- Completed Authorization for Release of Criminal background Check
- Along with a check for $20.00 made payable to Old Westland Realty (This is for the Credit Check and Criminal Background Check)
All forms are available below for downloading and printing (free Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view forms). They can also be picked up at the office or contact us to have them mailed or emailed. Once we receive your application we will start the processing which may take up to 10 days. Applications for tenancy are valid for up to 3 months.
